Do you accept commissions of original artwork?

Yes, I do accept commissions! I collaborate with clients to create unique, personalized pieces that reflect their vision. However, I only take on three commissions per year to ensure each piece receives the time and attention it deserves. If I'm fully booked, I will send you an email, letting you know when my availability opens up again and where you are on the waiting list. Feel free to reach out to discuss your ideas!

Prints

Do you offer prints of your original paintings?

Not at the moment. I currently focus on creating original, one-of-a-kind pieces. However, I may offer prints in the future, so stay tuned for updates!

Returns

What is your return policy?

I want you to be completely confident in your purchase! All sales are final, as each piece is a one-of-a-kind creation, and I take great care to ensure that the artwork is represented as accurately as possible in photos and descriptions. If you have any questions or need further details before making a decision, I’m more than happy to help. Please feel free to reach out!

What are your changes and cancel policy?

For commissioned artworks, I allow one round of minor revisions once the initial concept has been presented. Any additional changes beyond this may incur extra fees, depending on the extent of the revision.

Cancellation Policy:

Due to the personalized nature of commissioned artwork, cancellations are only accepted within the first 7 days after placing your order, as long as the work has not yet begun. After that, the commission is non-cancellable, and all payments are final. Please understand that the time and effort invested into creating original art are significant, and I aim to deliver work that truly reflects your vision.

If for any reason I need to cancel the commission on my end, you will receive a full refund.

Shipping

How and when do Original Artworks ship?

Each artwork is backed with cardboard and craft paper. All paintings are ready to hang with a convenient hanger or stand on the back of the frame, making it super easy to display. The paintings ship in a sturdy box or flat-mailer via Canada Post (depending on the size and weight) with tracking included. Please expect 5-7 business days prior to shipping for all residing in Canada. If you reside outside of Canada, please expect 1-2 weeks prior to shipping. I try my best to get all artwork beautifully packaged and sent out as soon as possible!

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! I ship to many different countries. Any additional border fees, duties, and handling fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Please be aware of your country’s taxes and fees applied to the purchase of international goods.
